The Pub Landlord is a small-minded, bullet headed Little Englander whose prejudices mask a surprisingly sensitive, vulnerable and confused man. He is King of his own world but outside of the pub he is nothing. His wife and son have left him and the pub is grotty and unpopular under his patronage. Yet his few regulars stay loyal to him.

Welcome to the world of Avonlea, home to the irrepressible Anne Shirley. Avonlea is an exciting place to live especially as Anne's vivid imagination is always causing havoc for her and her friends. Anne is very, very good at getting herself and others into hot water but always with the best intentions. In spite of the scrapes Anne and her friends get into, in the end they always recognize the importance of family, friendship and self-confidence.

In the east village, the twentysomething guy, Alex finally moves into this own apartment in New York City's East Village. There he finds that single life is not a walk in the park as he deals with urban life, his boring job at the copy shop, his irritating friends, his selfish sister and his crush on an unattainable goth girl. Yet, for all the troubles, life in the city is still worth it.

The self-proclaimed People's Champion, a wrestling character who's struck gold by essentially being a good guy who just can't help but act like a heel, is celebrated in this DVD that packages some of the Rock's notable matches with an enormous helping of his legendary verbal abuse. The Rock's rise to prominence in the World Wrestling Foundation is shown by the inclusion of showdowns with the Undertaker and the Big Show. The Rock's oddly comical pairing with Mick Foley as "the Rock and Sock" connection is also given a fair amount of screen time. Segments show him at home in Miami (where as Dwayne Johnson he played for the University of Miami football team), visiting his favorite barbershop (where he claims he learned some of his signature catch phrases), and shopping for his trademark flashy shirts at his favorite stores. He is also seen making a number of personal appearances, from book signings to throwing out the first pitch at a major league baseball game. If this sounds like the production is light on actual wrestling content, it is, but those who can't get enough of the hottest character in wrestling will find plenty of opportunity to "smell what the Rock is cookin'

Blair Witch Project meets Survivor... Six contestants, armed only with cameras and ghost hunting equipment explore purportedly haunted places in order to determine if supernatural activity is present. They must complete dares in order to win cash prizes. If they fail, they are eliminated. Sound easy? "Fear" is never that simple, especially when you factor in those disembodied footfalls, and shadows that only appear on infrared. Reality TV at its most frightening.

CardCaptors is the American version of the Japanese anime Card Captor Sakura. The main characters are Sakura Avalon and Li Showron, who, assisted by Keroberos (Kero), and Sakura's best friend Madison, try to capture the escaped Clow cards, and return them to the mystical book that holds them, the Clow. Also on hand are Sakura's older brother, Tori, and father, Aiden, Tori's best friend, Julian, Li's cousin, Meilin, and various classmates and friends of Sakura and Li.
