The Fallen Angels arc. The plot involves the coming of Lucifer to the Sanctuary, where his underlings systematically dispose of the surviving Gold Saints. Athena goes to Lucifer to ask for peace, placing herself in peril. The Bronze Saints must then come to her rescue, destroying Lucifer's Fallen Angels (Seima Tenshi in Japanese) in the process.

The Destron's motives in this series is to gather enough Energon (Basic fuel for Transformers) to repower their space headquarters enough to free itself and use it to conquer the universe. This series introduces new characters such as "Breast Force" a group of Destrons with Breast Plates that transform into animals and could merge into a robot called Leokaiser,and Brainmasters, Who are Cybertrons who's faces transform into tiny robots and "Victory Leo" who was rebuilt from the severely injured God Ginrai from the "Transformers: Super-God Masterforce" series.

When Overfiend is found and born in a human, he will remake the world to something more of his liking! Ripping the boundaries of the three universes (worlds) apart, it's clear that little can stand in his way! While the other worlds are hoping to find the Overfiend to control the creation of this new World we call Earth.

Nobita wants to run away from his home, as depicted many times in various episodes. As a result of failing to find an ideal home, Nobita decides to make a makeshift place to live. However, he still cannot find a place to live due to land property ownership laws. At the same time, Shizuka, Gaian, Suneo and even Doraemon want to run away from their homes. Then Nobita suggests that they should go back in time to live in a place with very few humans. Thus, they return to the past Japan, which is 70000 years back from then. They witness the founding of Japan. A mysterious boy from the past accidentally gets sucked to Nobita's era and place, causing a complicated array of problems.

Doress, a Japanese "black projects" organization, has been gathering psionics and making biological weapons to "make Japan superior". When one of the biological experiments, BAOH, escapes with a young girl, Doress will do anything to get the boy and girl back. For BAOH is a parasite living in its host's brain, altering the host into a living death machine in order to keep it alive. When Doress sends assassins after the boy and girl, BAOH "awakens" to its "Armed Defense Phenomenons", giving the boy acid-tipped claws, bio-regeneration, and super-strength. But Doress takes the girl, and BAOH must fight an army of commandos and a psionic to get her back.

Shou and his friend, Tetsurou, stumble upon a strange orb-like mechanism, the Guyver Unit, in the woods. It physically bonds with Shou and turns him into the alien soldier, Guyver. His mission is to protect the Guyver Unit from the Japanese corporation known as Chronos. They are after it and two other units just like it. To retrieve the object, they send out vicious monsters known as Zoanoids. So no one is safe in Shou`s life; not even himself.
