An exciting story based on the revolution of the Mexicans against the domination of their country by the European emperor Maximilian. General Ramirez, fighting for the Mexican leader Juarez, orders Hallelujah to seize the purse of jewels with which Maximilian plans to purchase weapons. Hallelujah finds this no easy assignment as he has to fight off bandits, outwit secret agents, a fake sister, a so-called Russian prince and other scoundrels.

Former gunfighter Django has become a monk and abandoned his violent former ways. His daughter is kidnapped by rogue Hungarian soldiers using slave labor to run a silver mine. Django casts off his habit and digs up his machine gun to practise a little liberation theology.

In the old West, a small frontier town is being controlled by ruthless mob boss Decker and his cronies. After the local sheriff dies under mysterious circumstances, Decker arranges to have the town drunk appointed sheriff, thinking he will be ineffectual. But the new sheriff sends for Tom Destry, son of a famous two-fisted lawman, to be his deputy. When Tom arrives, he isn't exactly the swaggering he-man the sheriff had in mind. In fact, Destry doesn't even carry a gun. But the new deputy's mild exterior masks a fierce determination to see justice done, as Decker and the other locals soon discover.

Former dentist, Dr. King Schultz, buys the freedom of a slave, Django, and trains him with the intent to make him his deputy bounty hunter. Instead, he is led to the site of Django's wife who is under the hands of Calvin Candie, a ruthless plantation owner.

A gang of seven outlaws devise a plan to rob the bank of Sun Valley. Their intention is to blow out the floor of the bank from a tunnel dug under the street to retrieve the safe. To accomplish this they blow up several of the town's buildings as a diversionary tactic. Each gang member has a specific task to do during the robbery and everything goes, more or less, as planned. The gang rides off to their hideout cabin in the nearby snowy mountains. The double crosses start here when one of the men gets greedy.

After finding a vital pass through the Canadian Rockies for the building of the Canadian Pacific Railway, Tom Andrews tells his boss Cornelius Van Horne that he is resigning to marry the girl he loves, Cecille Gautier. From Cecille, Tom learns that fur trader Dirk Rourke fears the coming of the railroad because it threatens his hold on the Indians and other trappers. Tom and Rorke have a bitter fight over Cecille, and Tom asks her to wait for him, as he has to go back and finish his job with the railroad. Aided by Dynamite Dawson, Tom finds evidence of Rourke's work against the railroad construction and almost loses his life when Rourke fires into some crates of dynamite Tom is unloading. The construction camp's doctor, Edith Cabot, gives her own blood in a transfusion to save Tom's life. Cecille, realizing that her father is working with Rourke against the railroad,rides off to warn Tom. Rourke intercepts her and tells her that Tom is in love with the lady doctor, but she bullwhips him and gallops off.

Army veterans, just mustered out of the service, are going to the one of the men's brothers ranch on their way West. Just as they arrive, Indians attack the ranch and kill the brother. The brother was killed because he was using faulty ammunition that did not fire. Buck Devlin, whose brother was killed, musters out of the service with pals John and Wilbur and vows to find the men responsible for the crime.

Sam, a mysterious stranger, arrives in town to exact revenge on the men who wronged him when he was only a child. He encounters Louisa, a prostitute who dreams of a better life. Meanwhile, Dennis, the town's lawman, is familiar with Sam's past and makes it his personal duty to stop him before the violence escalates.

A Union soldier returns from the dead to take revenge on three officers who betrayed his unit in battle.
