Four friends head to Vegas for a 21st birthday in hopes of finding adventure, debauchery and memories that will last them a lifetime. Cameron, the scandalous one of the group decides to record the whole trip, determined to not forget the fiasco . A girlfriend of theirs begs for a ride, convincing them she will disappear as soon as they arrive. When they get to Vegas the guys devise an amazing plan for the night. Things take a turn for the worst when they call strippers that have them travel to a remote location. Little do they know, the strippers work for an organ trafficker. When a dope run into Mexico goes terribly wrong due to a faulty GPS and an unseen entity, Jack (Spencer Heney), a quiet college student and a rowdy group of party girls-the Vamps- find themselves lost on the fabled road Walpurgisnacht. Fear emerges when their '67 convertible and their 300k delivery mysteriously go missing. They seek shelter and safety descending deeper into terror as they face a dangerous local named Billy (L.Paschal Tenet) who seems to be the key to the cursed Walpurgisnacht Road and the secret to survive. Desperation mounts as they are chased into the belly of a deep dark mine and even deeper into their own consciousness. The frantic group search for redemption as they dodge the inevitable.

A young woman, Zoey, finds herself in a hospital room in an underground fallout shelter. The doctor, who runs the shelter, explains that an infection has killed the entire population above ground. The only people left are either a few lone survivors like herself, and the infected... the living dead. The only way of curing the infection, she is told, is by surgically removing the affected area. The doctor is assisted by a nurse who has seemingly gone completely insane. Together, they "treat" a steady stream of survivors. The doctor wants Zoey to to replace the unstable nurse and become his new assistant. Zoey is very hesitant, but the doctor is willing to do whatever it takes to survive, no matter how questionable or terrible the acts. But after a patient offers to trade places with Zoey and do "anything" the doctor wants, Zoey realizes that if she doesn't do these terrible things, someone else will do these things to her. Zoey has to decide what she is willing to do to survive, and the viewer has to make the same decision: How far would you go to survive? Don't kid yourself, you'd do anything.
