To study a rogue planet heading for a near-miss with Earth, Prof. Elliot sets up an observatory on the foggy moors of a remote Scottish island, with his pretty daughter and Dr. Mears, a former student with a shady past. Soon after arrival of reporter John Lawrence, a ship from Planet X just happens to land near the observatory. Is the visitor (who actually looks alien) benevolent? What are Mears' real motives for trying to communicate with it?

The Gerber's Syndrome is an contagious viral disease that was discovered in Germany in 2008 and spread all over the world. It is extremely contagious, fast spreading, and deadly. This syndrome is very difficult to spot, because it's like a normal dose of the flu, with all the subsequent symptoms that most of us are familiar with; but later, the virus affects the brain cells causing serious damage to the central nervous system. A TV crew is making a documentary about the disease and the way society is coping with it by documenting the stories of three people who are dealing with Gerber's Syndrome: Melissa is a young girl that has been infected, Doctor Ricardi is the doctor who is following her and Luigi is a member of the CS, the security organization that has to deal with infected people. The TV crew follow the lives of this characters, becoming characters themselves since they are constantly in the action. We see how the syndrome progress in Melissa and the way her family and Doctor Ricardi deals with it; and we discover the life Luigi, an average 23 years old guy with very delicate responsibilities.

In the fall of 2009, a group of college students ventured into the backwoods of Louisiana to find an abandoned school. A place with a history of violent deaths going back seventy years or more, before the school was even built. For a class project, they filmed the school to find evidence of the paranormal. To hunt for ghosts. They found what they were looking for. And now the school in the woods is going to teach them a lesson in fear. Director Tony Fox's feature film debut is an unconventional take on the horror film genre - - an experimental horror play. Filming 10 minute, one-take scenes, he's created a tense filled roller-coaster ride with old school scares, influenced by Japanese horror films and the "backwoods" horror films of the seventies. As the characters relationships begin to break down, we're never really sure if it's simple human nature or if "the school" is driving them to self- destruction with an inevitable, creepy and shocking aftermath.
