The basic plot comes down to DEA agent Carlos (Erik Estrada) investigating the slaughter of several bad guys at the U.S./Mexico border, which turns into a Chupacabra hunt.

And as a result, the relic was stolen and dispersed onto different parts of the world. Horrified by the grave mistake they committed, the monks killed themselves. After their deaths, three of them were once again reincarnated. In this life, Zi-Liang already had a girlfriend of eight years named Yi Jeng. But, when Ya-Wei, the reincarnation of Zuo-Ma, regained the memories of the past, Zi-Liang and Ya-Wei's love was once again rekindled. Although, they tried to suppress their feelings for each other for Yi-Jeng's sake, Yi-Jeng nevertheless found out about them and felt betrayed. Their pain and suffering led Zi-Liang to make the decision to marry Yi-Jeng. However, on the day of the wedding, Zi-Liang told Yi-Jeng he couldn't go through with it. Yi-Jeng crumpled and killed herself. Yi-Jeng's death had a great impact on all the parties involved. Although, her physical body perished, but her spirit still haunted them.

After being accused of her family's murder, Sarah Campbell has moved from her home in Odessa, Texas to the smaller, peaceful town of Manchester, New Hampshire. Stuck in an unfamiliar place, Sarah rediscovers joy in her oldest hobby: dance. After two cast members of Stab 4 are brutally murdered, the town of Manchester, New Hampshire is on edge as rumors of a Ghost Face wearing psycho quickly make their way around town. Joshua Dudley, Director of Stab 4, and his Producer, Rachel Arnold, are busily working on their production of Stab 5 when they receive the news. Deciding the film's production is worth more to him than the safety of his cast, production rolls on. The Stab 4 cast is targeted by the copy-cat killer and as more and more of the cast begins to die, confusion and speculation abound. Who would want to kill the cast of Stab 4? Is the killer someone taking their obsession with the Scream films one step too far? Is the killer following the same rules we all know and love? But most importantly, the number one question on everyone's mind: who's next?

This series follows the daily lives of 4 vampires that live together in a European-style building: Kiyoi is the eldest who takes care of the others, Masakazu is a college student who gets information on criminal activities, and Ageha and Makoto both go to high-school (and tend to end up helping Masakazu whether they really want to or not). They fight against crime when the cops are unwilling or unable to do so. The series is based off of a shounen-ai manga published in B's Log. Whether you like shounen-ai or not, it hasn't been very obvious in this series and it may not be... the jury's still out on that.

After more of the Stab 4 cast is brutally murdered, the StabMovies Team begins production on a new Stab 5, based on the "real life" murders of the cast of Stab 4: Fresh Blood. To cast this new "inspired-by-another-true-story" film, production also begins on a Stab Reality/Competition television show.
