Legend has it that the Yokai monsters will only interfere with human affairs when it is absolutely necessary. Things are quite awry, however, and it is time for these mythic figures to step in. A crooked magistrate and developer are booting the residents of an apartment building onto the street, and when the owner of the building tries to stop them, he is murdered. Now a masterless samurai must call upon the spiritual protectors of human kind in order to right the wrongs of his world.

Seconds before Reika (from the first movie) dies, she gives the key to a coin locker to her pupil Ayano. After a hunt for the right coin locker, Ayano finally finds the right one but she soon realizes that some things should be left alone. When some other students at her school finds the coin locker, the curse begins once again. The long haired girl is once again out to get anyone who's opened the coin locker.

A shy young girl named Tomie lives alone in a dreary house with her widowed father and is bullied by girls in her high school. To escape her dismal existence she writes gothic stories and daydreams. Her life changes in a big way when she’s suddenly befriended one day by a pretty, sophisticated girl who also happens to be named Tomie. Fascinated by her new friend, she invites her home. When her father gets a look at his daughter’s guest he has to do a double take–she’s the absolute spitting image of his first love who was murdered 20 some odd years ago by his best friend (who also fell for her, then took his own life). She had made such an impression on him, in fact, that he’d named his daughter after her. He learns soon enough that his daughter’s friend is indeed the same Tomie he’d loved, miraculously alive and as young and beautiful as ever. He soon falls under her spell again but learns he must pay a terrible price to be with her.

While driving down a mountain road at night, Kazue accidentally runs over a naked girl. The girl gets up as if nothing had happened, and runs in to the woods, leading Kazue to an abandoned mansion. Inside Kazue comes across a different girl named Yukiko. Wrapped in a sleeping bag and near death. She takes her back to the clinic. One year later, a Federal Investigator visits Kazue and inquiries about the naked girl in the woods. He explains the "Tomie Incidents" to her. He finds that there is a murder whenever Tomie appears. There are no autopsy records because her corpse doesn’t exist. Tomie's cells take over other people's cells and she inhabits their bodies to regenerate herself. After that, she starts her ritual revenge plan.

Young art student Hideo (Shûgo Oshinari) paints an unnerving portrait of Tomie (Sakai), who whispers that she loves him. Inexplicably, he reacts by stabbing her to death with a painting trowel. Two friends, Takumi (Tsumabuki) and Shunichi (Kikiwada), arrive on the scene and help him dispose of the body. To cheer him up, the boys take the unwitting murderer to the nearest bar for a party... but a mysterious girl named Tomie shows up, bearing a few odd physical resemblances to the dead girl in the ground. Soon Hideo winds up a bloody mess in the bathroom stall, and his two compatriots are assaulted with a series of bizarre events in which Tomie possesses other girls' bodies, winds up a yammering severed head with claw-like arms, and taunts them no matter how often they kill her.

According to the introductory note, "Ju-On" is a curse left behind by someone who dies in a powerful rage -- a part haunting, part supernatural virus that infects anyone who comes into contact with it. More than just the premise, that's the plot in a nutshell. Volunteer social worker Rika (Megumi Okina) stumbles across the curse when she finds an almost catatonic old woman in a shambles of a home, a spooky little boy with a froggy voice and a veritable black hole of a phantom that seems to be sucking the life from the old lady. The story then jumps back and forth along the timeline in a series of chapters named for the characters haunted and hunted by the unsettled souls.

With beauty that sets hearts on fire and a chilly stare that can freeze people in an instant, Tomie captivates and wields her supernatural power. When she transfers to a new high school, the students become possessed and soon realize that behind this beauty is a powerful evil. They cut off her right ear, it then scurries through the grass and regenerates. Driven to insanity, several of the boys attempt to execute her by pushing her off a cliff. To be certain that she cannot return, they dismember her body and dump pieces in different locations. But Tomie, the beautiful monster, can regenerate from a single drop of blood, and returns the next morning laughing - ready to lure her next victims into lunacy.

Another movie about Tomie, the girl who just won’t stay dead. This film is split into three separate stories in which Tomie is at different times in her life, first as a high school student, then as a young woman who falls for a photographer, and finally as a woman engaged to be married to her true love. In each story, she is murdered after her unusual secret is discovered, but she somehow manages to come back from beyond to take her revenge.

The Yamano family lives in a secluded home in a remote Tokyo residential area. Their 27-year-old daughter Haruka (Noriko Aoyama) suffered a compound fracture in a car accident while traveling in America. Haruka returns home in a wheelchair. There to meet her is her younger brother 19-year-old Koichi (Aoi Nakamura), her younger brother. Their father is away from the Yamano resident due to a business trip abroad. Koichi is left to take of his sister for until she can walk again. Not long after, strange occurrences happen in the Yamano home. Haruka?s wheelchair, which was left in her room, is found in another room. Their is salt found spread around their house. Koichi becomes uneasy by these events and, because of this, he persuades his sister to set up a video camera in her room. The video camera is connected to a computer screen so Koichi can see what is going on and, if necessary, run to Haruka?s room. What Koichi discovers is beyond anything he could have imagined. Noises at midnight, a cup on a table breaks, even a friend, who never gets scared, becomes terrified. The situation worsens with Haruka and Koichi threatened directly. Finally, a terrible fact is revealed ?
