When she was nine years old, she starred in her first play as "Mowgli" in "The Jungle Book". She began to appear regularly in local theater and school plays. She went to school in Bellingham, where she lived with her family, until she was 16. She competed in the Junior Olympics and Washington State championships in swimming; she ranked 5th in the state in all-around gymnastics (which would come in handy for starring in The Next Karate Kid (1994) years later). In 1990, Hilary and her mother moved to Los Angeles, where she enrolled in South Pasadena High School, and started acting professionally. She appeared in Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1992) but The Next Karate Kid (1994), where she got the part competing against hundreds of other actresses, was her breakout role. Ever since then, she has been much in demand and has worked non-stop in movies. She won the Best Actress Oscar for Boys Don't Cry (1999). She starred in a few minor films before starring in Clint Eastwood's boxing drama Million Dollar Baby (2004) that won her a Golden Globe and a SAG Award, as well as her second Academy Award. She is two for two at the Oscars, a feat she shares only with a few other women. Off-screen, she married Chad Lowe on September 28, 1997. An aficionado for anything that involves the outdoors, she enjoys: sky diving, river rafting and skiing.

| Biography Channel: Black Sabbath!documentary on the almighty Black Sabbath! I was interviewed for the show (I have no idea how much they'll use from my interview), but I'd be interested in seeing it no matter what. It's just an hour long show, though, and I don't know how you would cover the original Ozzy Osbourne era in one hour - not to mention the later incarnations of the band.
Pretty strange that such a legendary band's story hasn't really been told on camera, and now, within the space of a month we get Biography Channel doc and also the DVD release of the Paranoid episode of the Classic Albums series. I've read that Ozzy Osbourne and Tony Iommi's lawsuits against each other have been resolved. Hopefully in the wake of Ronnie James Dio's death, they can be "mates" again. I don't care if Black Sabbath never record again (Ozzy himself has said that if they can't do something as good as the music they made in the '70s, they shouldn't bother, and that would be hard to do). I am even OK with them not touring again. They did some killer performances after reuniting, I felt lucky to have my chance to have seen the band. I just hate the idea of them not being on speaking terms. I know a lot of other fans feel the same way

| Biography Channel: Christina OnassisChristina Onassis
Heiress and businesswoman. Born December 11, 1950 in New York City, Christina Onassis was the daughter of self-made Greek shipping magnate Aristotle Socrates Onassis, Christina spent her early childhood in New York and Switzerland, as much to further her education as to escape the family's media scrutiny and her parent's divorce. In 1968, her father married Jacqueline Kennedy, the widow of former President John F. Kennedy. Her mother, Athina, also remarried, this time to Stavros Niarchos, who was not only Aristotle's primary shipping rival, but the widower of Athina's sister.
As public interest in her family grew, Christina became increasingly determined to carve her own path. After dropping out of Queens College, she married a realtor who was more than twice her age. The marriage would be the first of four, none of which lasted more than two years. After the marriage ended, Christina devoted herself to working at her father's headquarters in Monaco. She started as a secretary, but soon proved herself to be a savvy, intelligent businesswoman. Before long, she was running the family business.
Unfortunately, Christina's success in business was overshadowed by tragedy in her personal life. In the early 1970s, within five years of one another, her brother, Alexander, her mother and her father would all die of unrelated circumstances. Though she continued to successfully run the shipping empire, the press frequently reported of her addiction to amphetamines and barbiturates. On November 19, 1988, Christina was found dead in a friend's home in Argentina. Her death was attributed to a heart attack brought on by years of drug abuse.
Christina is survived by her daughter, Athina, who was born in 1985. Athina lives with her father, Thierry Roussel, stepmother and three step-siblings in Switzerland and France and is the sole heiress to the $600 million Onassis fortune and a $2.4 billion inheritance.
