China, 184 A.D. The Han dynasty was about to collapse. Corruption was rife and rebellions broke out throughout the kingdom. Liu Bei, an ordinary straw mat weaver of Hebei, found that he is a descendant of the former emperor. Aided by his two oath brothers, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei, he sets out his journey to pacify the kingdom. This anime, a relatively faithful rendition of the Chinese classics, "The Romance of the Three Kingdoms," retells the story from Yellow Turban Rebellion up to the aftermath of the Battle of Chi Bi.

The cartoon follows roughly the same plot as the films The Toxic Avenger and it's two succeeding sequels. A complete and hopeless nerd, Melvin, falls into toxic waste and becomes Toxie, a hideously deformed mutant of superhuman size and strength. Teaming with other mutants, No-Zone (whose power comes from radioactive sneezes), Major Disaster (he can control plants), Head-banger (Fender, a singing telegram delivery surfer-type, and Dr. Bender, a stereotype mad scientist, fused together - a hybrid character based on the Siamese twins in "Troma's War") and Junkyard, a dog/hobo hybrid, to become The Toxic Crusaders! Together they fight crime in every sense of the word and finally turn their attention on the Apolalypse Inc. of the movies Toxic Avenger Parts II & III, although in the series the chairman is an alien as opposed to Satan. The series follows the attempts of the crusaders to fight crime and be environmentally safe.

After his girlfriend is kidnapped by a vicious mobster, Cage rips into action with a vengeance. Retired from kickboxing to pursue dreams of being an entertainer, Cage is forced into a death match with the brutal doctor death. He must win, or he will die.

Prison on Fire 2 features more inmate angst and action and the return of Chow Yun-Fat. Chow stars as Ching, a seasoned inmate who seems to get in all sorts of trouble. Ching is still serving time after the departure of Tony Leung Ka-Fai (who appeared in the last Prison on Fire film), and his son is stuck in an orphanage. Ching wants a leave to see him, but evil prison guard Tsui Kam-Kong simply won?t have it, especially after what happened to Roy Cheung (think Blue Velvet) in the first flick. Also, there?s a conflict between the Hong Kong and Mainland prison factions, and Ching is caught in the middle. Chan Chung-Yung plays the head mainlander and Tommy Wong returns as Boss Bill.

Two Los Angeles cops--an aging slob (Wayne Crawford) and his cocky young partner (Martin Hewitt)--are suspended from duty after inciting an incident at a chop shop. The two decide to track down the owner (James Hong), and follow him all the way to a Hong Kong crime ring.

Although innocent, photographer Jackie Swanson is rounded up for dealing cocaine and sentenced to 400 hours of community service. She has to shoot nice pictures of police work. Jackie accidentally witnesses the corrupt police lieutenant Eddie Martin killing a pimp. Eddie also was the officer who arrested Jackie. She has taken pictures of the liquidation and uses them to force Eddie to alter his testimony about her so she can regain the custody over her little son she lost due to her conviction. Eddie, of course, tries to acquire the pictures and is assisted by a very unexpected ally...

In a small Russian town, a mafia boss is planning a big operation to illegally sell trucks. In order to distract police attention he orders a gang "Motalka" that works for him to commit mass acts of rapes in the city. One of the prospective victims is the newly elected beauty queen Christina.
