Teen-aged girls who love to do the Para-Para street line dance and to generally hang out in hip-town Shibuya in Tokyo, better known as “Gal,” form groups called “Galcir,” short for gal circle or gal club. Members of the Galcir differ in background, personality and fashion style but are united in their rebellious and unruly ways against rules and norms of society. The cute and beautiful gals of Angel Heart, the largest of the Shibuya Galcir, are in constant conflict with the authorities of the Shibuya Center Street Shops Union, when one day, a mysterious cowboy lands in the heart of the town! This wild cowboy is Shinnosuke, raised in the vast, rolling prairie lands of Arizona,USA.He is bold and steadfast to live by his conviction of “One must live an honest life” gained from his upbringing. A few years passed since Yamaguchi left Shirokin Gakuen which closed after some time.
