Two families on holiday, camp side by side on a spectacular deserted beach. Immediately territorial, the two men of the families draw a line in the sand in a stand off, but bit by bit as all the rest of the members of the families on each side cross the line and make friends the two men are left to sort out their issues together – through fishing!

Halloween Black Eyes is the 3rd Halloween Fan film from filmmaker Dave McRae and was released in the Summer of 2010. The film is another showcase on mood and atmosphere, paying tribute to the original Halloween from 1978. Halloween Black Eyes follows Michael Myers as he stalks two individuals inside a neighborhood home. Once again McRae uses the same technique with slow movements and pacing to build suspense and atmosphere. The film's focus once again is the movement of Michael Myers and his presence in different atmospheric locations.

Theirs has been an idyllic upbringing, but both face the same challenge: they've grown up in paradise, but what will be next? Lipoa, who has chosen to attend college on the mainland, returns for the summer to try to heal a rift in her family and bond again with her father, so that she may return to school in the fall with a sense of wholeness. After her high school graduation (in a class of only 24 other students) Monyca watches many of her classmates leaving to go to university, and the pressure is on for her to develop a professional surfing career. In the end, both girls strive to create an adult life in which they remain true to their Hana roots, but develop the strength to move on and become independent. Their quest is deeply informed by Hana's strong power of the land, mana, and by their own inner strength and resilience.
