Biography of rock star Jimi Hendrix chronicles his early career, including a stint with Little Richard who fired him for getting too flamboyant, to his tragic failure. Struggling to find a niche, he moves to England where he becomes friends with musician and producer Chas Chandler (Christian Portenza). Chas then teams him with Mitch Mitchell and Noel Redding (Krit Holdenreid, Christopher Ralph) to form the Experience. As Hendrix gets public attention, Chas then introduces him to a major record producer (Billy Zane) who takes over his career. While this gets Hendrix international exposure, it also places him in the hands of people interested only in the money aspects that his career offers them. One of the early disasters foisted on him by the record company is an opening bill for "The Monkees" on an American tour. His then unknown act is booed by teens just wanting to see their idols. A genius and a perfectionist, Hendrix drives everyone crazy as he starts making albums himself without producers or the Experience. Pushed by the record executives beyond his limits, he turns to drugs and wild parties for release which ultimately leads to his demise.

New York, 2000. Hi-5 is a high-energy, educational children's show full of songs, dance, and action. The show originated in Australia, but the United States picked up its own cast of five exciting (and ethnically-diverse) performers, including Karla, Kimee, Jenn, Curtis, and Shaun. The series, though shown in the US, is filmed on the original Sydney set. Each week brings a new theme, whether it be animals, games, or colors. At the start and end of each episode, the Hi-5 performers come out to sing the week's theme song in front of an audience of energetic kids. In between these performances are individual skits performed by each of the five cast members. The final skit is always a story. One of the cast members reads it while the other four act it out. Kids won't even realize that they're learning.

Raj (Salman Khan) is a singer trying to make his way in the cruel big city of Mumbai. He rescues a girl who has fallen in front of a train, and stays with her when she is rushed to a hospital. Pooja Oberoi (Rani Mukerji), the daughter of a wealthy family, survives but falls into a coma. Her family rushes to the hospital and finding Raj there, assumes that he is Pooja's husband, Romi, with whom she had eloped and whom they had never met. Pooja, who is comatose, cannot correct them; Raj, who could prefers not to. As the family gets to know the pretend Romi, Pooja's best friend, Jahnvi (Preity Zinta) soon starts spending a lot of time with him. He falls in love with Jahnvi, who is regarded as a second daughter by Pooja's family. How can he, or can he flirt with his assumed wife's best friend? Then Pooja revives from her coma and complicates matters by falling for Raj. Who does Raj choose - Jahnvi or Pooja? Raj chooses Jahnvi because he really loves her and acted as Pooja's husband out of the kindness of his heart. Raj marries Jahnvi and Rahul (Shahrukh Khan) in special appearance comes in to marry Pooja.
